1. Introduction
Welcome to LaughSteps.com.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from LaughSteps. By accessing our website, browsing our products, placing an order, or making payment, you agree to these Terms of Service.
LaughSteps is an online supplier of preschool, early learning and child-development products. We supply preschools, nursery schools, early learning centres, teachers, parents, caregivers and families with educational toys, classroom goods, posters, movement-play items, sport items and consumables.

2. Online Store
LaughSteps operates as an online store. We do not operate a walk-in retail shop.
Orders must be placed through LaughSteps.com or through an approved communication channel where applicable.
3. Who We Supply
LaughSteps supplies both:
Business and school customers, including preschools, nursery schools, teachers, crèches, childcare centres and early learning centres.
Individual customers, including parents, caregivers, grandparents and families buying products for children’s learning, play and development at home.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are buying the products for school, classroom, childcare, home-learning, play, development or personal use.
4. Product Information
We try to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, dimensions and availability information are accurate.
However, slight differences may occur between product images and the actual product due to supplier changes, screen displays, manufacturing variations, packaging changes or stock updates.
Product images are for illustration purposes unless specifically stated otherwise.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
If an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical, supplier or system error, LaughSteps reserves the right to cancel the order and refund or credit the amount paid.
6. Orders
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and the order has been accepted by LaughSteps.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel or limit an order where:
- stock is unavailable;
- payment has not cleared;
- pricing or product information was incorrect;
- delivery cannot be completed to the supplied address;
- the order appears suspicious, fraudulent or abusive;
- the product is no longer available from our supplier.
7. Payment
Payment must be made through the payment methods available on LaughSteps.com.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been received or confirmed.
LaughSteps is not responsible for delays caused by failed payments, bank delays, incorrect payment references or third-party payment providers.
8. Shipping and Delivery
LaughSteps delivers within South Africa, subject to courier availability and our delivery terms.
Gauteng Delivery
Delivery within Gauteng takes approximately 5 to 7 working days.
Outlying areas are excluded.
Other Provinces in South Africa
Delivery to other provinces takes approximately 6 to 10 working days.
Outlying areas are excluded.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, supplier lead times, courier delays, public holidays, order size or delivery location.
9. Returns and Store Credit
Products may be returned if they are:
- unopened;
- unused;
- in their original packaging;
- returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Approved returns will be processed as a store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase on LaughSteps.com.
Return shipping costs are for the buyer’s account, unless LaughSteps supplied the incorrect item or the product is confirmed to be faulty.
Customers must contact LaughSteps via WhatsApp before returning any product.
10. Product Use and Child Safety
Many LaughSteps products are intended for children’s learning, play and development.
Children must use products under appropriate adult supervision.
Parents, teachers, caregivers and schools are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for the child’s age, ability and environment.
LaughSteps is not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, lack of supervision, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
