Delivery to other provinces in South Africa takes approximately 6 to 10 working days.

LaughSteps does not currently offer standard delivery to outlying areas.

Should your address fall outside our standard courier delivery zones, we may contact you to discuss possible delivery options, additional courier costs, or cancellation of the order where delivery is not possible.

Correct Delivery Details

LaughSteps is not responsible for delays or additional courier charges caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver because no one is available, the address is incorrect, or the customer cannot be reached, additional delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact LaughSteps via WhatsApp as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will review the matter and advise on the next step.
