Return and Refund Policy

At LaughSteps, we want our preschool and nursery school customers to order with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

Products may be returned if they are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 10 days from the date of delivery

Items that have been opened, used, damaged, assembled, marked, or removed from their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be processed as a store credit.

This credit can be used toward a future purchase on LaughSteps.com.

Please note that we do not issue cash refunds unless required by law or where a product is confirmed to be faulty and cannot be replaced or credited.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are for the buyer’s account.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier unless LaughSteps supplied the incorrect item or the product is confirmed to be faulty.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any product back, please contact us first.

WhatsApp LaughSteps to notify us of your question or return request. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and packaging, where applicable

Products returned without prior communication may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive the wrong product, or if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible with photos and your order details. We will review the issue and advise on the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Custom, special-order, or clearance items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products returned after the 10-day return period

Return Approval

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by LaughSteps.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been approved and issue the applicable store credit.
